By booking services, accessing client galleries, viewing proposals, or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are intended to provide clarity, protect all parties involved, and ensure a professional experience throughout the creative process.

I Am Gold Media is committed to delivering high-quality photography, videography, and creative production services with professionalism, care, and artistic integrity.

  1. BOOKING & RETAINERS

A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure a project date. Until both are received, dates remain available to other inquiries.

  1. PAYMENTS

Remaining balances are due according to the terms outlined in the client's agreement. Failure to make payments by the agreed-upon due date may result in delayed delivery of services or products.

  1. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible and are subject to availability. Requests made within a short timeframe of the scheduled event may incur additional fees.

  1. COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

All photographs, videos, and creative works produced by I Am Gold Media remain the intellectual property of I Am Gold Media under United States copyright law.

Clients receive a license to use delivered content for personal purposes unless otherwise stated in writing. Commercial usage, resale, publication, contests, advertising, or third-party distribution require written permission.

  1. RAW FILES

Raw and unedited files are not included with any package unless specifically stated in a written agreement.

  1. DELIVERY

Photography galleries are typically delivered within the timeframe outlined in the client's agreement. Video delivery timelines vary based on project scope. Delivery dates are estimates and may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, acts of nature, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client.

  1. PRIVACY

Client information will never be sold or shared with third parties except when necessary to fulfill contracted services.
